About Us

Our Mission

In 1995 Charles “Chop” DeMeo left the bulk of his estate to create a safe and productive place for teens in our community. In 2001 the doors of Chop’s Teen Club opened, providing the place that Mr. DeMeo envisioned. A group of teens had a hand in helping to create our mission statement, which remains “Chop’s, a fun, safe teen environment where we can be ourselves and together have the freedom to explore who we are.”

We continue to grow and evolve based on the needs and desires our teen community. We offer a complete menu of programs, workshops, drop-in activities and workforce ready courses.
