Description: 

Satisfy your sweet tooth in Chop’s kitchen during this month of love. Join Chef Connie as she shows you how to use chocolate and other scrumptious ingredients in many different ways to create baked chocolate desserts in heart shapes as well as other sweet specialty items. This is a great opportunity to learn some impressive baking techniques.

Description:

If you want to learn the art of a one-dish meal, this class is for you. Chef Connie will teach you how to combine fresh seasonal ingredients to create a hearty one-dish meal. We will enjoy our creations at the end of class, and you will be armed with the skills you need to recreate these delicious dishes at home.

Description:

Spring is in the air which makes Chef Connie think of all sorts of things to combine with noodles or place on top of dough.  Each week we will combine seasonal ingredients to create specialty Asian inspired meals and appetizers to enjoy at your outdoor get-togethers with friends and family.
