Thank you to everyone who has reached out to ask how you can support Chop’s during this difficult time. As you know, the Sonoma County fires have had a serious impact on our members and on Chop’s Teen Club. Many have lost their homes or been displaced and most are out of school for an indefinite period of time. Chop’s has decided to extend our hours to Noon- 7pm every day the week of 10/16-10/20. Since last Thursday we have been able to provide a sense of normalcy for our regular members and all Sonoma County teens, welcoming many new faces into our club. We are working hard to stay open, so we hope you will join us or direct a teen in need of a place to go, to Chop’s. And, thanks to our newly donated van, we are available to pick members up if rides are not available.

Chop’s is in constant need of updated equipment and supplies for our teens. During this difficult time in our community, Chop’s resources are being stretched thin, and any purchases of these needed items are greatly appreciated by the local teens who spend time at Chop’s.

Also, we are hoping to provide lunch every day through Saturday, 10/21, so if you know of a local business that can provide lunch for about 75 teens, please let us know.

Please call or email if there’s anything we can do to help you or your family.
